Dingo offers various digital editing services which may include video editing, image enhancement, and graphic design. The scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are described within the App or communicated directly to clients.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Once an editing service is delivered, payments are considered final unless specified under our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

If payment was deducted but the ordered service was not delivered or initiated, you may request a refund within 7 working days from the date of transaction. No refunds are issued once a project or digital file has been delivered successfully.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and assets provided by Dingo are the intellectual property of G & J MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT LLP, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dingo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
