Refunds are applicable only if payment has been deducted but the digital editing service has not been initiated or delivered.
2. Refund Request Process
- Send an email to support@justdingo.com within 7 working days of payment.
- Include payment proof, transaction ID, and order details.
- Upon verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Projects or files that have already been delivered or edited.
- Accidental purchases or user dissatisfaction after delivery.
- Delays caused by user response time or incomplete inputs.
